Stroller Strides is an hour long, total body workout you can do with your baby in the stroller. It is a fun, yet challenging workout great for ANY LEVEL of fitness. Fit4Baby, the prenatal fitness program from the creators of Stroller Strides, is a great way to stay active and in shape while you're expecting. This class is also great for any level of exerciser and for any stage of a normal, healthy pregnancy. Physician's approval is required. All classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are also moms!
